Step 2: Purchase a $40 Membership Registration Fee per family per Session.

Step 3: Purchase a $60 Class Fee per child per session.

Step 4: Purchase a $20 Material Fee per family per session.

We will send you a link for our App to sign up for classes and to read forum posts once your registration is processed by a member of our team.

I agree to waive liability of MPLP for any accidents, delays, mishaps, injuries, caused at any of our event. Even, if I am expressly advised of the possibility of damage, accidents, injury, delays, and mishaps. In no event will I hold MPLP and any of the leaders liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages at any of our classes or events.
I hear-by release all photos of myself, and the children I bring to be used by MPLP for any media usage in any form such as photos, collages, edited versions, and videos for the sole use of MPLP. Please contact us if you do not wish your child to be used in any media. MPLP is not responsible or liable for any parent who takes and posts any photos on any social media platform.
I agree to respect class times and not schedule playdates at the same time as classes.
I agree to having first aid treatment by members of MPLP and agree to having 911 called if needed.
We are building on knowledge and skills we recommend you attend the same nature classes so you and your child(ren) can fully participate.
Our playground events are free.
To be an active member and attend classes you must pay a non-refundable registration fee of $40.00 per family per session. This covers administration fees and other costs. Material Fee and Class Fees are separate.
Please do not attend any classes if you are running a fever, sick, vomiting, diarrhea, or unexplained rash. Please be symptom free for 48 hours before returning to our group.
By attending classes during this pandemic I do not hold MPLP legally responsible in the event anyone in my family happens to contract Covid-19.
We will not attend class if anyone in our family is displaying symptoms of Covid-19. Nor will we attend classes if anyone we have been in contact with is in the process of being tested for Covid-19.
If you do test positive for Covid-19 you will not return to class until you receive a negative test result.
We will notify staff if we personally test positive or anyone we had immediate contact with tests positive.
