This agreement releases Mid Pinellas Learn and Play, LLC from all liability relating to injuries that may occur to you, anyone in your family including minors, or any one you bring with you, to any of our classes or events at any of our parks or Nature preserves. By agreeing, you agree to hold Mid Pinellas Learn and Play free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

You acknowledge the risk involved in participating in our classes this includes, but are not limited to minor injuries, or major injury.

By agreeing you forfeit all right to bring a suit against Mid Pinellas Learn and Play for any reason. In return, you are able to attend our classes and participate in our events. You will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to you verbally.
